With every hope of reopening to the public as soon as possible, The Metropolitan Museum of Art will announce tomorrow morning at 9:30 a.m. whether and when it will be able to resume public hours on a limited basis on Wednesday, October 31, in its Main Building at Fifth Avenue and 82nd Street. The Cloisters, the Metropolitan Museum’s branch museum in Fort Tryon Park, will remain closed to the public on Wednesday.
