George Street Playhouse, Alfa Art Gallery

George Street Playhouse and the Alfa Art Gallery continue their collaboration which began with the start of the New Brunswick Theatre's season. Produced in association with the New Brunswick Cultural Center, the new exhibit will focus on small format and affordable works, and run concurrent with the George Street Playhouse production of Good People, January 29 through February 24. Many of the artists will be available to discuss their works with patrons on Thursday, February 7 at 1pm, prior to the 2pm matinee performance.
The subject matter of each artist's works varies from a focus on objects and figures to abstracted art. Featured artists include: Agop Gemdjian, Alyce Gottesman, Colleen Gahrmann, Dion Hitchings, Francesca Azzara, Hana Aviv, Jo Bradney, Joanie San Chirico, Ken Hamilton, Lea Cattan, Miklos Sipos, Nanci Hersh, Tatiana L. Sougakova, and Alfa Art Gallery founder Vesselin Kourtev.
